Internal Communications are a core part of most interventions deployed by the only constant, however, the only constant is also happy to provide standalone internal communications support. An example of an engagement of this nature was for a client who was struggling to identify a resource to fulfil their communications requirements. This was having a negative impact on employees owing to a lack of regular, structured communications. the only constant provided an interim solution to the organisations problem while also helping with the hiring of a fulltime resource while keeping organisation communications, including video production, going. the only constant also reviewed, streamlined and improved existing communications channels while overseeing the management of an in-house design team.
