the only constant has a reputation for being able to quickly connect and build trust with focus group participants allowing often unknown problems to become known.  These ‘ah-ha’ moments not only give employees a voice which engages them in the change process but also saves time by getting to the root cause quickly.  Recent focus group activities undertaken by the only constant have explored perceptions that employees hold about their leaders.  The focus groups have not only allowed leaders to understand and take action on their blind spots to enhance their leadership effectiveness but also improved team functioning as a result of improved openness.
