We all have traits and behaviors that we’d like to reduce or change.  But how do we tackle this? The first step is to create understanding – that could be through self-reflection or by asking others.  

Journaling is a really simple way to improve your understanding of yourself and also provides you with an accurate record of the old you versus the new you which should also to motivate you during your change journey.  Or if you are feeling courageous, asking others for feedback about certain traits and behaviors or the way you operate is a really valuable way of becoming aware of what you are blind to.
